I do not know a thing about Mark Saenz but I do know Marc Labate and his home remodeling company, Allied Construction, has stolen thousands of dollars from his customers.

Labate has been arrested and is facing prosecution.

Marc Labate is CORRECT! Everything that is written here about Mark Saenz is true. He is a criminal scammer!

The person filing this complaint, Marc Labate, is a contractor con man. He has been taking money from people as a general contractor, then not doing the work and/or not paying the subs for many years. See comments about him on Rip Off report and people warning about him on Craigslist. He is also known as Allied Construction or 5 Star Allied. I do not know the person he is making the negative comments about nor have I done business with them, but I can tell you for certain that Marc is bad news and has been for a long time. The beauty about Marc is that he seems genuinely offended when you try to get the money he steals from you back and will retaliate with lawsuits, threats; etc. He has already been convicted once in Williamson County for harassment.

Hello Everyone, Let me tell you exactly what has happened with this story. Mr Labate is a liar about what has really happened. Back in 2005 when I met Mr. Labate he was in foreclosure with his house. He and his exwife were getting ready to lose their house. His exwife was in bankruptcy and Mr. Labate had a $40,000 loan owed to his exwife which Mr. Labate had not paid his payments on. Mr. Labate asked if I knew anyone who could assist him in refinancing his house. I did give him a name and number. After numerous attempts to try and get his home refinanced he asked me if I would by his home and lease it back to him for two years and give him an opportunity to repair his damaged credit. Since he had never paid his debts on time he had extremly bad credit. And at that point he would buy it back. Well guess what Mr. Labate never made one payment and when I sent him eviction papers he tried to file a lawsuit saying that I stole his home. That is absolutely false. I have every documentation to prove what I am explaining here. So whoever is doing a background check on me, please contact me if you need proof to show my side of the story. I met Octavio Saenz, Jr.(Mark Saenz's father) in 2002 at my place of employment, he was a very nice gentleman, very courteous, I liked him right away, well needless to say , within a matter of months he was telling me Mark didn't have money to pay him for the month , he couldn't pay his truck payment, or truck insurance, or he needed gas money to get to his job and back, they needed phone service for him and Mark's business, and before it all hit me square in the face I'm out over $25,000.

He kept telling me they would pay me back, they would pay me back, well my purse ran dry, I don't have another dime to loan them, and guess who disappears, I can't get back any of my money, they told me Mark filed for bankruptcy back in 2004, so until that got settled they would not be able to pay me back, Octavio Saenz, Jr and Mark Saenz both told me numerous times I would get my money back, not to worry they would not do me that way,.....WELL, they did do me that way.
