My Experience dealing with this company has been a nightmare.
I have living this nightmare for 4 years.
They have not honored the warranty on my windows. They have been leaking for 4 yrs. They have come 3 times to repair they are leaking worse. I probably have damage to my floors. I do have damageto my walls caused by the leaking. I would not reccomend this company to anyone, based on my experience in dealing with them on numerous warrenty items.

I am chemically sensitive. For the past two years this trailer has been outgassing what smells like burning parrafin wax and it's sickening when I walk in here and all the windows have been shut. I would love to know what the secret ingredient is in constructing these walls, floors, etc., that may be silently be causing me serious health problems. These trailers STINK!!!
Also the forced hot air heating system is bullshit. No living thing was meant to breathe dry artificial air that comes out of these vents like a violent windstorm. Marlette get with it, there will be 'human beings' living inside your homes. Build them consciously!
