I receive a letter from this agency advising that i have an outstandiong debt that I owe 2711.02 to company by the unifund I have no idea of who this company is I dealti never deal with them before. out of the blue this letter comes advising that a judgement has been enter against me and failure to comply will cause a physically levy upon personal properity. Please be advised that this letter is unoffical one its written in red ink secondly the city logo is not valid Please not Iam not paying them one penny what so ever.

I WOULD CONTACT THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICE THAT THIS GUY CLAIMED TO BE FROM AND I WOULD SHOW THEM THIS ATTEMPT TO IMPERSONATE A PEACE OFFICER. WAS THIS GUY STUPID!
HE HAS LEFT HIMSELF OPEN FOR CRIMINAL PROSECUTION TO SAY NOTHING ABOUT HOW STUPID HE WAS TO PUT IT ON PAPER.
MAKE A COPY OF THE LETTER AND THE ENVELOPE THAT HE SENT YOU ( LOCK UP THE ORIGINAL TO USE LATER IN COURT IF IT IS SUBPOENAED AND GET YOURSELF DOWN THERE TO REPORT HIM BECAUSE I THINK HE IS IN BIG TROUBLE!
GOOD LUCK. THIS JOKER HAS VIOLATED FEDERAL LAWS TOO REGARDING COLLECTIONS PROBABLY.
