This is an attempt by a person, Jason Murray, at a company, The Trecinda Group, which we reported, previous to these libelous statements against our good name, on Rip Off Report.com and in other locations on the Internet, to get back at us for outing him and his deadbeat practices. You can check on this web site under "Trecinda Group," and you will see that our write-up of him pre-dates his write-up of us

1) Mr. Murray's claims are baseless and false. Mr. Murray agreed to pay us an initial deposit for marketing work being performed for the launch of his new cleaning services web portal named Eco-Source.

2) Mr. Murray claimed to have a valid business plan in place. He did not, as his geographic and other business related parameters changed, and the financials in his plan were no longer applicable.

3) Mr. Murray asked for work beyond the original SOW agreement, which we performed in good faith.

4) Mr. Murray agreed to pay a remaining balance for the work, which we have in writing.

5) Mr. Murray knows that the original payment made to us was an initial deposit, not a total amount--we have this in writing as well.

6) Mr. Murray signed a contract with us, and then breached it.

7) Mr. Murray will now be taken to court for libel and breach of contract, and we will receive full damages as he has made false and baseless statements against us in writing.
