Matthis Ward A Liar, Burglar and escaping renter, Internet

He acts like a sweet-talker but acturally takes advantage of others for granted.  He stole my stuff of the condo and always delayed rents to end of month.  I was tired of his gimmick and asked him to pay on-time, he ran away and destroyed my property.  He is really a jerk, no wonder policemen are after him.  He is disabled but enjoyed a very good life by taking advantage of social welfare and other hard-working people.  Beware of this guy!  He is a liar, burglar and scammer.
