This company offers fake sale of the bar and retail store for sale and take a large amount to even be considered to talk to and then never gets back to you for the offer but declines you automatically. This "wine bar" offers hard drinks and other options not provide buy the license given but has no license to prove such sale and try to do so even off the radro.  We were ducked in the fact that they did have such license but do not after much investigation had no such licenses and we lost all our deposit even after explaining they were not legal. Do not do any business and or buy anything form this place as Haiku store up the street offers honest and better pricing that is legal.
