Maximum Foods Caucasian guy Discrimination and pain and suffering. I was called a "n***a" by the supervisor Linden New Jersey

 Approximately 4/12/16 2:00 am at Maximum Foods, I was still finishing up my order. Some of the items fell off my pallet and I picked them up. While I was doing it the supervisor for the dry department approaches me with a smart attitude and it's on camera that I was the victim that took action. I told him to leave me alone he rides off on the power jack instead of helping me fix the minor situation and called me a "n***a". Everything is on Camera and I want to file suit. I feel Offended and I needed the job I'm practically Homeless.
