they contacted one of our employees who could not make decisions and used good telemarketing scams to keep them on the phone and agree to have something sent in the mail.

they sent it so it had to be signed for and when the owner opened it he threw it away because it was nothing they wanted and did not recieve a bill or notice that if the CD was sent back they would be charged
