Mayrand Publishing - Mayrand Publishers Fraud Deceptive marketing Plattsburgh New York

This company claimed that they spoke with one of my employees and that he ordered the CD that they sent. The funny thing is that when the CD came , the employee didn't recall talking to them. He certainly didn't authorized that the product be sent to us. We received an invoice 7 days after the invoice date and promptly faxed back that this item wasn't ordered.The ship date on the order is 4 days after the invoice date. I also phoned and left a message, that same day saying that i did not authorize this purchase, nor do we want the purchase. I advised them to send a call tag to retrieve their merchandise. It took the company over 3 weeks to return my call. The woman I spoke with was not polite nor was she customer service oriented. She insisted we ordered the item. What happened to the customer is always right? She told me that she would call me back in 20 minutes. That call came today, a day later when I was out. She hasn't called back.
