McDonalds at Matfield Green doesn't care about the welfare of its employees. I was hired on full time. My normal hours were around 37.5 hours a week, with alot of weeks I worked overtime. This McDonalds is entering what they call there slow period and without notice cut my hours back to 15 hours or less a week. When confronted about the lack of hours the scheduling Manager said thats how it is and it will be worse next week. This goes to show that McDonalds is only concerned about the bottom line and that is money.. They could care less if due to them reducing my hours without notification I lose my home ect.. I was told I would get full time hours when I was hired on and now they are not giving me even part time hours. This McDonalds is unethical!!!!!

Of course Mcdonald's only cares about its money! You think they're going to give a crap about their employees that are highly replaceable? Think about it, a 15 year old can do your job... it isn't that hard.
Have you considered maybe going to school and actually pick up your feet? Rather than dragging them and always being a self proclaimed victim? McDonalds is a s**t hole, of course they won't give a d**n about what you think. How old are you? I hope you aren't over 19 years old, complaining about a job at McDonalds. You're choosing to live this way. You're choosing to let them take control of you at your own expense, do yourself a favor and get a job in retail. You'll gain actual experience, rather than cooking fries and pressing easy commands on a computer.
