I also was talked into ordering their Non-Insurance Health Benefits package.
When I changed my mind and called to cancel, and wanted my money back, I was told a check would be forth coming.
This was in January 2003. I never received it and on all follow up calls I could not reach them. The phone number was disconnected.
I went to their website (very fancy) and entered my membership number and PIN. The website would not accept them.
I am sure I will never see my money, but maybe this will be a warning to others, NEVER give out personal information to anybody that YOU didn't call.
