Madrano express picked my box from my house 11/11/12, i paid 167.50 for 1 box 22x22x22, to be deliver to Honduras. In December i was told it was in customs in Honduras to call back in 2 weeks, in January I was told it was in costums in Guatemala, didnt make sence then, but she offered no alternative. Since then, I been calling every month and till now, noone answers the phone. i am also filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
