medrano exprees on february 19- 2013 i sent 2 cases with medrano express... it is been almost 4 months and they havent arrived union city New Jersey

well on february 19-2013 i sent 2 cases or boxes to guatemala  full with clothes shoes and some other stuff ,so is not the first time i send things with this  company,they told me it would take 2 to 3 months to arrive there ,and it is been almost 4 months and my things are not there and every time i call this company they said that still on the way there ,so now im gettin worried cause no one would give good news, they lost my packages?? or whathappened? i went once to union city to the office and is closed ... im very lucky if every time i call they answear the phone ,just to tell me the samething "still on the way" im not the only one complaining so many people are too, so please i need this company to deliver my cases to guatemala or tell me whathappened to them !!!!!!
