David Smith claims I have won 250,000 dollars in the mega million jackpot on jan 15, 2010. Sent a check for 4,450.00 dollars to deposit. In return I was to contact him for further payment of the rest of 250,000 dollars. I talk to banker for advice and claims it was a scam. They told me to tell them it would take 5 days to clear. I then called david smith back and told them it would take 5 days to clear. He then told me he will call me back.
