This is not a rip off

It is not uncommon for pets to develope an illness and pass shortly after. By filing a rip off report I assume you are accusing the breeder of selling you a sick dog. Without having a full report, a lot of questions need to be answered. Why didn't you contat the breeder for the papers within that 3 years? Did you take the dog to the vet within that 3 years? When did the cancer develope? I would assume, if you had taken the dog to the vet as soon as you got it, if the dog had not checked out ok, you would have thrown this fit 3 years ago. Without the whole story, the only conclusion I can come up with is that you are just upset that your pup died and you just need someone to blame. Either that, or you're completely irresponsable. I say that because if you had taken the dog to your vet upon purchase it was either healthy or sick. One of two things would have to happen:
2) If it was sick at that time, you didn't follow up with the breeder to refund or replace. That's your own fault.
3) If it wasn't sick at that time then the breeder kept their end of the contract and it's just an unfortunate circumstance. Death is the only real guarantee in life.
My guess...you didn't follow up with the breeder anyway since you don't have papers. This is not a rip off.
