Merchants' Credit Guide Company - LVNV Funding ripoff, fraudulent debt collection Chicago Illinois
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
My husband received a letter trying to collect a debt from Merchants today. I couldn't recall ever having dealings with Merchants', LVNV, or even SPRINT, who were all named on the collection letter. Web searched Merchants and found numerous accusations of fraud with same discription.
Better Business Bureau of Chicago notes the discrepancies as well, but looks as though no immediate action has taken place on the consumers behalf. Be weary of these collection letters prior to paying these debts, as you may have never had one to begin with. Will keep updates to progress of fighting this.
