Be forewarned of the deceptive business proactices of Metabolic Research Center. When you sign up, they give you three days to cancel the contract.

However, they don't disclose the full extent of their program until a week later when you sit through a Menu Instruction Class and are told you are REQUIRED to purchase supplements. I refused to and was told I couldn't use their program....but my credit card company, First National Bank of Omaha won't fight for me.
