Metro PC I made a payment with my American Express card got a confirmation from American Express on the 17th and they shut off my phone and the evening of the 17th because they do not see the payment Nationwide

I made a payment to Metro PC with my American Express card on the 17th of August I have a confirmation number from American Express but you're stupid company and your computers are shut down so also it says and I cannot reach anybody to fix the problem you have my money but you turned off my phone and I'm not going to put up with it if you cannot correct this I will move my service to another provider and go on the media and complain about this loud enough to where it's going to cost you stocks and money and you'll have to fire people because you can't afford to pay them.

So what you have just admitted to anyone who reads this is that you are with a what is basically a Pay as you Go Cell Phone provider and did not pay them until the last day possible before they disconnect your phone for Non-Payment.
But now because of you trying to pay as late as possible, because the payment didn't actually get credited yet it is all of the sudden "their fault". Yep typical entitlement attitude.
Perhaps next time you should plan on paying them before the last possible date to avoid this in the future.
Oh and you didn't tell us the time you made the payment, but I would not be shocked if you tried to pay the bill at 11PM on the 17th.
