Metro Storage AKA Maggie site Manager Crap and Piss on property and Metro Storage says it happens on regular basis Chicago Illinois

 I recently had to place my property in storage. I decided to use the storage facilty down the street from my mother's home. Unfortunately it was Metro Storage. I walked in to purchase storage unit and representive informed me that I had to use the insurance company they provide for the units or my homeowners insurance. I dont own a home so I couldn't provide homeowners insurance so I was forced to use the insurance they provided. I'm a truck driver and not every month did I go to my storage unit to check property but did make payments on unit and insurance.

After four months of not having time to check property I decided to show up one day to confirm everything thing was satisfactory. When I opened unit to my surprise it was a strange smell that offended my nose. then I proceded to open totes WOW CRAP AND PISS all over my property and a mouse had made a nest in my $500 suede coat. I was very upset and contacted site manager.

Maggie tried telling me to come in on Wednesday but I could not make it in until Saturday then had the nerve to demand rent for the unit. After that a week went by and the district manger contacted me and informed me he or the insurance company will cover damages that was in excess of $2000 dollars. I informed him next time I was at Metro Storage I would Crap on his desk and piss on his shirt and tell him I'm not takling care of damages. When I spoke to the representive that sold me the unit he informed me they have had a infestation of mice for a long time and district manager refuses to inform clients to make money.

Please everyone DONT use any Metro Storage facilty they do not care about your property and the insurance company they use has a we dont cover this and that excuse.
