I just now noticed these reports. I am a bit late but
lived in the "Mark" for 10 years now. The weekend we moved in our sales ladies were fired by MHC, who now owned it. We were never EVER told it was sold! Managers were fired, ( but they were filing a lawsuit at the time against the owners!). Once checks were stolen from the office and when we repaid, they said we hadn't. Turns out the manager at the time was up to something! I had to sit at the computer with a regional manager and go over our records to prove we payed and TA DA! our check suddenly posted to our account a few days later. How many others was the manager going to pocket!!?? Was she the original thief of these checks. I believe so!

My gripe is why do we get notices on keeping up our lots when the place looks like sh**?! They can not legally enforce the look of our homes or lots when the community property areas look just as bad. Dead threats anyway, they never follow thru! Most of the homes have junk yard cars in them. Some have 6 or more up and down the street disabled. No one tows them! We park out front ON OUR LANDSCAPE, NOT THE ROAD, to load up our car or unload furniture and within 10 minutes have a sticker on our window that it will be towed (like they watched and waited till we went inside then put it on. Never coming up to us and asking us to move it!). They aren't SCARED of us? So they follow thru with the rules then?!

Where is the greenbelt where the kids played on the south side of the park??? Water, I had the city come out and show them how to turn off the main lines NEAR where a repair would be made. I was personally told they PREFER to turn off the main to the whole park, just because and the CITY can't enforce how they do it. It is NOT because they have to.

Lot rent increases more than any other park and get this. We did sign a new lease and were told that older homes were grandfathered in but all homes moving into the park must be newer, giving us a specific year EVER NOTICE THE OLD TRAILERS JUST MOVED IN THE LAST FEW MONTHS?! I have been told they are in breach of our leases and we need to hire a lawyer for a class action lawsuit.

Ya right! Not enough people ever want to fight it. Who has time. We good people are all out working our butts off to pay for these homes on this terrible property. And why is it we can't keep a homeowners association?

Why did we get new gates out front and cards when there isn't anything inside worth all that fuss. Do they think people buy a home in here based on the front entrance?? and the homes they put in the ground. They aren't enticing people. Look at the ones in here. They need to wise up and fix up the real problem, the homes, yards and people already here. That will bring in new NICE home owners. But I don't believe that is their intention.

Our park is big money with Tempe town lake etc. just a bit west of us. Soon, this will be condos or business property. You wait and see. They don't want to buy us out. They want to force us out because it is cheaper!
