Michelle peoples michelle williams Failed to produce puppy I paid in full for Troy Alabama

I purchaced a Cane Corso puppy in July of 2015 from Michelle and Kevin Peoples. At said time when so called puppy turned 8 to 10 weeks old I paid for airline ticket for the dog as well as a new crate to ship her in. Then 2 days before I was supposed to receive the puppy said party claaims the puppy got out with her mom and got lost. The mother dog came back but the puppy never did. At this time the said party refuses to refund any of the money back to us and claims it is non refundable. The only amount that was non refundable was the $500 down payment. I have out a total of $1378.00 to them and never received a puppy or any refund of our money.
