MicroCenter ACER Monitor Rebate Issues, No UPC received Westbury , New York
*Consumer Comment: Whose rebate was it?
*Consumer Comment: Copy?
I just received an e-mail stating my rebate was invalid and missing the UPC!!
I am resending the only other label from the box to the resubmission department. I will let you know how it goes.
I always thought MicroCenter was a bit underhanded, and seeing all the other complaints, I can see I was right.

Whose rebate was it?

Was the rebate from Acer or Microcenter? If it was Acer, you need to lay off Microcenter cause they don't have a dog in the fight as the saying goes. Have you talked to Microcenter about the issue? They might make good on it although I'm not very optimistic.
As the PP mentioned, you should ALWAYS make copies of your submissions to ensure you have evidence in the event of a mix-up. I also tape my UPC codes to a piece of blank paper or the rebate form to prevent it falling out and being missed. That does happen on occasion especially with smaller, lighter UPC box sections.
