On 8/10/10 I purchased Microsoft Office Pro. Academic 2010 and Windows 7 UPGRADE from Digital River. Upon installation of the WIN 7 Upgrade my laptop CRASHED! I lost EVERYTHING all my kids pictures from the last 4 yrs etc. (yes i now i should have backed it up but I did not know any better) NOW I DO!!! They will NOT REFUND my MONEY, then they charged my credit card 2x for the backup CD's I call these people 20x in 2 days they are OF COURSE IN FUC***** INDIA!!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DIGITAL RIVER EVER THEY ARE A RIPOFF HOW CAN THEY EVEN CALL THEMSELVES MICROSOFT, THAT IS A SHAME.
