I see that there are a lot of complaints against this company. I checked my online statement for Feb. and there was a ($4.85). I assumed it was a charge so I immediately looked up the company on the web and saw all of the rip off reports. I got on the phone to my credit card company and to my surprise the balance was a $4.85 credit. I contacted Microsoft once for technical support and paid for it. I also used to have WLOC antivirus. I can only speculate that I was over charged for one of these services. I can't find a phone number to contact them!
