Microsoft xboxlivemsinfo Took over 300.00 off of my social security money card .It belongs to my disabled 11 year old daughter Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I had no knowledge of these transactions according to my Microsoft account I did not use my card for purchasing anything,Nothing. ...over 300.00 was taken out of my account.

Well WHO uses BOTH the card AND the system? The information is NOT going to magically appear on THIER site without imput FROM YOU! While I understand its upsetting this is an OPERATOR ERROR!! Meaning its ON YOU! At some point YOU either entered in your card info yourself OR allowed someone else to do so. SO THAT card is on file and attached to YOUR xbox account. Now each and everytime YOU or the other person YOU ALLOWED to use the system made a on screen purchase it came off THAT CARD! $300 can add up REALLY QUICK when you take into account that the digital games CAN start at around EXACTLY $59.99. Thats roughly FIVE games ordered through the gaming system. SO either YOU or someone YOU ALLOWED to use YOUR xbox account has made purchases in YOUR name on YOUR card that YOU put on file. See a pattern here? A LOT of YOU issues. So remove the card and DONT allow whomever it is that YOU have allowed to use your xbox to make purchases WITHOUT your permission or knowledge.
YOU can CLAIM ignorance but it wont work as they tell YOU right when you order HOW much the item is and WHAT card is being used.
