Mid-Ohio Collision promised me $400 for having them repair my vehicle after it was involved in an accident. I have not seen a check from them in any amount. The vehicle was repaired in May - it is now August. I have tried to contact them but have been placed on hold, told the boss was at lunch at 3 PM, "I'll have them get back to you" and not reply, etc. Obviously they are avoiding the situation. I'm tired of wasting my time and energy - which seems to be their "modes operandi".
