signed up for Dish promotional offering 12,500 Southwest airline miles but I never received the miles. The small print says it takes 8 to  10 weeks to receive the miles in your accoutn. I called after 8 weeks and was told to call back in a couple of weeks. I called back 10 weeks later and was told it would be 8 to 10 weeks. I tried talking with the supervisor but got put on endless hold, still no airline miles and I won't know if they were lying to me again until two more months.
