Ordered a Stormvac after seeing the infomercial.

Was supposed to be charged $59.95.

Never received the product and have been charged $219.

I've emailed this company 10 times. I've spent hours on the phone holding on with their "customer service". Nothing. The line is either busy or I'm just put on hold.

I haven't contacted my credit card company yet but I will be doing that to inform them of the fraudulent charges.
