I ordered a top early im the AM on 12/5/18 They state your item goes out the same day when ordered before 2 PM and that trackin info will be sent. Never heard WORD ONE from these people. Email not answered, phone not picked up live and/or voicemail full! I reported to BB and contacted my bank for a fraud case. Ran into these people on Facebook in my newsfeed. Seems horrible from what I have read online. All the five star reviews were probably posted by people that are paid by various firms for that purpose. BEWARE
