I have no idea who this person is or claims to be!!!!! 100%  FALSE AND FABRICATED LIE!!!!!

Ihave never hauled a boat for this person and obviously my Uship profile would have attested to this fact!

Why is it that i have a 100% rating feedback !! if i did this job for this person as they claim or any other customer and ripped them off i would have had negative feedback on my profile!!!

I would also have been in trouble with the law!!!If i stole and sold this person's property why on earth would they have to hire a lawyer to seek redress. The police would have arrested me and i would be in jail.

This is the problem with this site . I am here having to defend myself and my company because some clown who is unhappy with Uship because they can not garner any work from their listing customers ,they have to slander me and my company.

i have addressed this accusation in their other report as well with photos.

Personally i would like to meet this person face to face and see if they stand behind their claims.I am not hiding anywhere or slinking around in the gutter  attempting to hide behind a computer screen.

My company's record is impeccable and to have a loser make these kinds of statements and accusations is criminal at the outset.

IF YOU HAVE EVIDENCE AND A TRUE AND VALID CLAIM THEN CALL THE POLICE AND LETS GET ON WITH IT!!! YOU DONT KNOW ME OR HAVE EVER HAD ANY DEALINGS WITH ME!!

Your only complaint is because you have an issue with Uship NOT ME!!!

You accuse Uship and myself as being in collusion!! Do you realize how stupid and very uninformed and childish you really make yourself out to be.

Do you think Uship a multi-national company would be in collusion with me? Why me? I dont have millions of customers that they would need to protect me or would subject themselves to the many legal implications that would involve them in.

This point alone shows how much mental capacity you have in your ridiculous childlike rant you have perpetrated against myself and my company.

THIS ACCUSATION IS SLANDEROUS AND IF I DO IN FACT DISCOVER WHO HAS PERPETRATED THIS ONLINE SLANDER/SMEAR CAMPAIGN I WILL PROSECUTE TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW!!!!!

TRY RUNNING A LEGAL OPERATION INSTEAD OF TRYING TO RUIN A LONG ESTABLISHED LEGAL COMPANY IN GOOD STANDING EVERYWHERE YOU CLAIM I AM NOT!!!

You might want to re-think accusing Uship of legal misconduct as well as they have high priced lawyers on staff who will bankrupt you quicker than it took you to think of this fabricated story!!!!!Pretty funny how you have supposedly spoken to another customer of mine but have no record in my profile or charges on file !!! HMMMM, wonder why!! I suppose in that mental,dream state you obviously reside in you are doing the public a great service by slandering an impeccable company and attempting to garner some shoulder to cry on and get some public sympathy.I believe they call that WELFARE!!

 I am not going to get into a vocal war with a person hiding behind a screen! If you have a so-called case why are you not making it with the police!!! Ill tell you why because the police don't investigate false accusations because if you had any merit to this they would investigate it,arrest me and charge me.You wouldnt be having to hire a lawyer ,the government would prosecute me,plain and simple fact!
