motokrazy ordered a knm series and they did a bait and switch and sent me a cheaper model ,called and talked to them 4 times ,they said they would get back to me but never did ,it was for christmas , Internet, Internet

ordered a knm series large mid frame ,they sent a cheaper model ,called them and sent a pic of the item i received and they said they would get back to me they never called me so i called them 4 times ,they said they would get me the right one for christmas ,i have not heard a word from them all i can assume is a bait and switch where they said they had the product and did not and sent me a cheaper model and figured i would not see the difference ,anybody who got one better check the one they got and see if it is the right one ,

Wow. I did not know such a report existed.
To keep this report in proper context. The customer did order a KNM series which is our Premium ATV Indicator with Reverse. Our customer did receive a different model. This was an honest mistake made by not a bait and switch. The customer was given 2 options - an exchange at no cost or a a reduction in price. The customer elected the reduction and the amount agreed upon was credited to his charge card account.
I also want to thank the customer for writing in a rebuttal stating the transaction was taken care of satisfactory.

got ahold of greg and he said he would give me a better model for his cost ,i was not sure it would get here for christmas so he said he would give me the model i have for 100 dollars cheaper so i decided to take his offer and at least have something for my grandson ,he did call a couple of days earlier and did not talk to me and i did not get the message,
