Moving Labor Brokers Movers damaged my furniture, no showed the second day, and the company never refunded! Nationwide Nationwide

I hired the moving brokers for a long distance move. The movers showed up to load and told me they wouldn't move my stuff becuase it was a second floor apartment. When they finally did get to work, my family and I had to move just as much as if they hadn't been there at all. The unload movers never came at all!

I spoke to the company 5 times in my two day move and they told me to pay the movers and file a complaint. After 7 more phone calls, no refund has come.
