I have account with M&T bank with the address is 1 fountain Bank Buffalo New York 14203 telephone 1-800-724-2224 for a mortgage loan Account number 0007736606. I have encountered problems also with the late charge fee. I paid monthly payment through Bill pay IBM credit union on time but they still charge me $4,155.61 .(enclosed is my record of monthly payment through IBM Bill Pay) I contacted them but they did not resolve also I ask them for history of the payment and why they charged fee for I paid on time but they are not resolve my problem.
