I have asked Chase Johnson at mugshots.com to remove my information and he refused, unless I pay $399.00. This "arrest" in 2005 was nolle prosequi, false arrest, and I was awarded in civil law suit. I would like to join a class action law suit for justice in this matter, I feel this is libel, vindictive, extortion if not guilty or even nolle prosequi. To charge for this removal is extortion, damaging reputations when a crime was not committed.
