VistaPrint and MWI are not in any way the same company. MWI/BusinessMax is value added service VistaPrint offers it's customers.

Please contact MWI directly for a refund of their services. If you can not get your money back from MWI, you can contact VistaPrint Customer Care, and they will help you by contacting MWI.
