Fortunately my husband carefully checks over our bank statement... if he hadn't we would have been charged $149.95. This draft was NEVER authorized or approved. It showed up on our statement as MWI* premierhealth plus. I had never heard of this company until this happened, and never authorized anything!! customer be very very aware!!

somehow they can legally do this. we have contacted them and they state they will credit back the money, we will see.
