I was charged $109.95 for something I never ordered, from a company that I never heard from or know about, and they are claiming I used the address of my old job (I left 3 mths ago), the charge is for 6/16/03, when I called their number they could not give me any information.

Check your bank and credit card statements every month carefully, to avoid fraud.
