i applied for a loan. didnt get approved. i got my bank statement and saw a 35.00 return check fee because they tried to take 29.95 out my account. i didnt authorize this and didnt even know there was an application fee. im thinking about calling my lawyer because this is a scam not only on this website but also on scambook.com. im thinking about a claas action lawsuit now because this is theft. i asked for a loan because i dont have any money. why wouyld thgey charge an application fee. im calling the bbb and my governors office about this.
