This "company" charged $435.00 to my check card without my permission. I had never even heard of them and definately did not purchase anything from them for $435.00. I had to file a fraud charge with my bank and have a new card issued. I tried to look them up on the web and couldn't find anything, so i don't even think that this is a real company, and i don't know how they got my card number. Internet shoppers beware.

was it Ancestry.com or was it Myfamily.com

here call 1-800-262-3787

that is the customer service number for ancestry.com if they charged you they can refund you if its fraud they are very helpful, if its not ancestry.com they can give you the number for myfamily.com
