Absolutely the worst company. I should have know after checking out the long stream of mostly all negative reviews on their Facebook pages. I placed an order for 2 New Era Baseball Caps in size 7-7/8 which I usually wear. i was charged on my debit card for 2 caps and only received one which ran super large and oversized. I emailed them 5 straight days and never got a reply. I tried over and over to phone them but they never answer their phone and dont have voicemail. I placed a 2nd order day after 1st order, also for a NewEra Marlins cap in 7-7/8 (my usual size), which also ran huge, way too large. same story. Zero replies to email and cannot reach by phone. Total Scammers.
