I don't know about all the other Nancy offensives but, I do that she owns property in Petaluma on Crinella that she has rented out twice to drug dealers.  Currently there is a man who beats his women.  I have been told that the man is not even on the lease yet Nancy allows this man who is growing and selling drugs in a family neighborhood three blocks away from schools and steps away from children to live there.  The women who is on the lease has a teenage son who has to live with this abusive man and disgusting situation.  The house is uncared for and has strange people visiting it all times of the day and night. The neighbors who have witnessed this man beating a women in the middle of the street and selling drugs are the ones suffering and most of them are property owners.  How unfair is it to have a slum lord rent to these kinds of people in a family and school neighborhood.  What kind of person is Nancy especially since she has been made aware of this and the police have been called out to this home on several occasions.  If nothing is done about this soon I will make it my mission to educate everyone in Marin and Sonoma about the Real Estate agent Nancy Ann Skolnik Bandettini and how not only is she a slum lord but condemns this behavior. I know I wouldn't buy a house from person like that.  REPUTATION IN THIS BUSINESS IS EVERYTHING.....Did I mention that he also beets the dog.

This report is totally false is is filed by Mike's ex-wife Juli Mariani and Roberta DiPrete. Juli is a drug user and had deep emotional and mental issues. Roberta DiPrete is an angry woman who will lie to anyone. She went through a very bad divorce with Mike and during the divorce hearings she lost all her battles and totally lost the war. Juli Mariani has filed rip-off-reports and other on-line reports against many of Mike co-workers and friends. Juli is a very hurt and angry person. To find out more about Juli, just google her name 'Juli Mariani' and read more of the rebuttals of reports she has filed. You can also contact her past employer, Paul Financial of Marin, for whom has a court case against her, to get a taste of her employment record. Juli has had many short term jobs over the past 5 years, most lasting 2 to 3 months. She consistanly gets fired for drug abuse and/or mis-conduct. Be sure to get a forensic employment report done before hiring her. This year Juli Mariani had a police arrest warrant issued to her by the Petaluma Police department for filing a false crime report against Mike. She is currently enrolled in 'Project Interecept' by the police department. This can be verified by the Sonoma County court records. Roberta DiPrete is good friends with Juli and all one has to do is ask any REALTOR in Novato about Roberta DiPrete to get the real truth. Stay away from Roberta DiPrete as she is nothing but trouble. Roberta has worked for about 9 different real estate companies within the last 7 years. She has recently been fired from Bradley Real Estate, Coldwell Banker.

Nancy...your lies about Conrad Imhaus are despicable. What kind of person besmirches someone who is recently deceased? You truly are a disgusting human being. For the record, Conrad Imhaus committed suicide on May 9, 2008. Mr. Imhaus was a close PLATONIC friend of Mrs. Gordon. Mr. Imhaus became friends with Mrs. Gordon and ex-wife of Fred Kusin (another immoral Avalar employee. This company is fraught with unethical, lying, agents). Mr. Imhaus was a dear friend to both women and to imply anything improper occurred just shows that the person who wrote that you were a "desperate, promiscuous s**t. She is a gold-digger" is correct. Only a loser would make up such disgusting lies about a dead man.

Mr. Imhaus' ex-wife, Larissa Albin, is believed to have broken into his house and removed items. It is also believed that YOU (Nancy Bandettini), Mike Gordon, Fred Kusin, and Eric Cutler assisted her. Interesting as you used to gossip about Mrs. Imhaus' drinking problem. These people have not currently been charged but they are currently under investigation in Marin County, CA.

Nancy, you found Larissa passed out on the front lawn of Mr. Imhaus' home (she was drunk and you were with yet ANOTHER man) after you attended a birthday party at Mike Kosta's house (yet another Avalar scumbag) in April 2007. Because you are so moral, and such an upstanding real estate agent and person, you told EVERYONE that would listen about how drunk and sloppy she was. The only person with a substance abuse problem is Larissa Imhaus. This is a fact.

You have never met Mr. Imhaus and, as has been proven, Mrs. Gordon does not do drugs. His ex-wife, Mike Gordon, YOU, Eric Cutler and Fred Kusin, harassed Mr. Imhaus.

His ex-wife had a sexual relationship with Eric Cutler of Avalar. Mr. Cutler told all of everyone about having sex with Larissa at Embassy Suites in San Rafael, CA during the winter of 2007. That is why her husband dumped her.

You are an immoral, promiscuous, unattractive person...inside and out. Anyone who has met the people you are slandering would know that you are nothing but desperate and jealous. Do you really think Mike Gordon would choose you over his wife? He tattooed his wife's name on his arm (there are photo's) in an attempt to keep her from leaving him. Yeah, THAT IS normal behaviour in a 50-year-old man.

2. Mike Gordon exhibits all of the clinical signs of a sociopath. He preys on vulnerable women. Nancy Bandettini's daughter was injured and her latest marriage failed, she is another victim of Mike Gordon. He probably told her that it is his "ex" wife's fault he is not divorced. Pattern.
3. He borrowed money from his wife, will not return it, and then spread lies that were all proven false in court. This includes a negative hair follicle test that was admitted showing NEGATIVE RESULTS FOR PRESCRIPTION AND NARCOTIC DRUG USE. Mike Gordon and his attorney were told to cease and desist with the defamation and slander. He also slandered his OTHER ex wife. Pattern.
3. Mrs. Gordon is from Marin County. She has moved TWICE to get away from Mike Gordon. She lived in Petaluma for six months. Her friends are in Marin County. Whoever wrote this is not a friend of nor do they know Mrs. Gordon. Her friends and "buddy's" are all aware of what I am writing.
4. Mrs. Gordon has never been diagnosed with any form of mental illness.
Mrs. Gordon was left financially destitute while Mike Gordon borrowed $100K from Nancy Bandettini 2 months into their "relationship". Pattern.
5. Mrs. Gordon has never been charged or prosecuted for any form of fraud. If someone is putting information about her alleged whereabouts on the internet...sounds like stalking...Mike Gordon possibly?
6. Mrs. Gordon was physically assaulted by Mike Gordon on December 1, 2006 (there are photo's of her injuries and she was hospitalized). This is a fact and can be proven. Unfortunately, like most domestic violence victims, she tried to "fix" things. Instead, someone vandalized her vehicles, broke into her home, hacked her e-mail accounts, and left photo's of voodoo dolls in her home. These things occurred. It just could not be proven that it was Mike Gordon and Mrs. Gordon waited too long to prosecute for the December assault. He assaulted her on a cruise on April 16, 2007. He pushed her on July 1, 2007. Pattern. Mike Gordon had Nancy Bandettini and several other of his employees lie in court. Mrs. Gordon had no legal representation but Mike Gordon's "girlfriend" appears to be supporting him. Pattern.
Nancy, why not leave Mrs. Gordon alone? You deserve better than a man who is using you for sex (Mike Gordon is a diagnosed sex addict), money, and your house. You deserve better than that. Normal men do not marry women they have only known for six months, they do not physically or verbally assault them, they do not move into YOUR house TWO DAYS after being thrown out by their wife, they do not borrow money from you OR their wife. The person writing this is none other than Juli Mariani. She is Mike Gordon's ex-wife. A known cocaine user who is also being treated for depression and personality disorder. No one she mentioned is under any kind of investigation. Juli is appearing in Marin County Court on September 15, 2008 for jewelry fraud. She has filed various court actions against Mike Gordon in Sonoma, Marin and Contra Costa counties. All have been denied by the courts. This is her way of getting back at her ex-husband. She in fact had a relationship with Mrs. Imhaus' ex-husband where they shared their mutual love of drugs. Mr. Imhaus eventually took his own life trying to keep up with Juli.

Juli, just leave people alone, get some help and move on. Get a hobby! All these bad things you write on the internet are going to come back and haunt you someday. Get a life woman!
