The complaintant below consigned with us.
She sent us very good "fake" items.
We believed her to be an honest, tursting person.Our staff was duped by the good quality of these fakes.
When we received customer complains re fake itesm  - we refunded the funds and shipping cost.
We have been damaged by this person who is not complaining about not getting paid.
We did not pay her on "fake" items sold.
We paid her on all items that were not fake>
As of this date she is still doing business wiith us.
Her complaint is baseless.

I used to work for this man and this company in 2012. A complete nightmare. I was usually paid somewhat around time but I did have to ask a couple times. His consignors constantly were complaining about not getting paid. I had some come to me to try to get to him but it became very frustrating as he would not really listen to what said or suggested. The man is impossible to work with, has the worst attitude and honestly not very bright. I tried many times to organize his business and generate more income but he would never listen. I quickly learned that it was a bogus job and everyone he worked with had nothing nice to say. Thankfully I am no longer employed there and making much more money, ON TIME!  As for his products. He had no respect when it came to items sold. He would sell items in a condition not described in the listing. Items were never cleaned properly, only masked to appear cleaned. It was a hot mess of a business. Take everyones advice here. DO NOT work for OR shop from this man or National Designer Consignment if you have your dignity.
