james manry came into my auto supply store in mission viejo looking for parts and advice on his 03 toyota tacoma. one of my guys lookedup theparts and went out in the parking and advised him on how to install the parts. after all said and done james intenionally payed with a bad check/acount closed. this tome is the same as stealing and he should be prosacuted. i have sent my forms in to the district attorney but from the looks of things on ripoff report mine is light weight in comparison. hope word gets out and the law finds this guy.

This might be the first legitimate ripoff I've read at this site! You have a pretty open and closed case. Passing a check from a closed account is felony fraud. Why did you skip the police? Why are you dealing with the DA?
Finally, in CA I believe you can sue in this instance for 3x the damages. At least that's what the "Handle on the Law" guy said in an identical CA case on the radio yesterday
