We were contacted by David Peterson to bid on snow removal for two lots in the area. We provided services and were never paid. Now at 90 days past due and with a collection agency hire, National Maintenance Systems offers less than the origianl bill. They owe close to $200 just in late fees and collection costs. Stay away from this company, they will not pay thier bills!!!

We billed as per the accepted bid. The account went to collections 90 days past due. Only at that point did National Maintenance Systems pay a portion of the bill.
The remainder is still in collections and a lien will soon be filed on the properties where services were perormed. Stay away from this company... they will not pay thier bills.

This subcontractor worked for us in Colorado area and provided service to a property managed by us.
The subcontractor was paid within 90 days of receipt of his invoices, so the allegations are incorrect per the report posted.
Subcontractor did not provide invoices in the correct manner per the agreed upon contract and billing process. Vendor was performing work that he thought was outside the scope of work and figured he was able to bill more than which was specified.
