A very official looking two-page letter arrives telling you that you -- the person with ID# 10-digits long, which is in their main office have been identified -- and that there are verified reports of money/prizes in the amount of $1,900,000.00.

They don't actually say you have won this money. After you read the whole letter, you realize that they want you to send them $19.99, then delivery will be prompt. Delivery of what is not stated on the front of the letter.

It appears that you have won a lot of money. What they really mean is on the back side of the letter. They are a company that makes lists of companies who report sweepstakes for prizes and money. You would get a list of these companies for your $19.99. You have WON NO PRIZE!

I actually received two of these letters in one day. The return envelopes are usually to IDENTIFIED INDIVIDUAL,or HPR Receiver Services at a PO Box: one in Bethpage, NY 11714-9101; the other in Westbury, NY 11590-9004. [The last 4-digits of the zip code are the same as the PO Box number.]
