Charley called and told me that I over paid my social security and said they would pay it back for 6 months at the amont of 500.00 dollars a month.


He also gave me his badge # but I did not write it down then I got a letter from him stating I owed him 299.95.


That is how I found out about www.nationalhealthnetonline.com
but i did not give him my acc#s
