I had an insurance policy for my car with Nationwide. I called them to cancel it because they were more expensive than another insurance company. The person on the phone said everything had been cancelled. Months later I got a letter in the mail from a collection agency saying I owed Nationwide money. I called nationwide insurance and they then informed me that just calling wasn't enough!?!?! That I should had looked for an email, click on it and send it back to them!!! How come they didn't told me that when I called them to cancel my policy??? Thieves!!! That's what they are. Be careful with Nationwide Insurance.
