I recieved a letter stating that i had won 3,900,622.00 in prize winnings from NBPI. It was also signed by someone named Paul E. loukedes. With also a confirmation number of n1zb-2006. The letter stated that i needed to send $20 dollars for the shipping and handling of my winnings. A couple days later thay send a form that said form w-915 a registration card. This is all a scam for other people to get rich off you don't let that happen.
