NCS Collections - calls my number and tells me that there is a lawsuit against my name and that myself or my attorney need to call them back immediately. Today they stated since they have not received a statement from me or my attorney they have forwarded this to the final review legal department.

My file number according to them is *******. All of my debts are settled and I have no idea who this company is. I believe that they have even contacted my husband at one point trying to reach me.
