bought 2 posters from neautogrpahs 1 jim morrison 1 jimi hendrix for a total of about $400.00 emailed thgem over 4 times no answer. add says money back gaurantee..with what i have read about this company i wish my money return...these are fakes

I was duped by NE Autographs but got my money back, so let me explain how.
I bought an Obama signed book that was a terrible fake. It wasn't even the one shown on their site. After a few weak attempts at emails, I got serious.
I cut and pasted the same email demanding a refund, but using a slew of different headers. I began sending 1o a day, then 100. I was going to overload their system because the receiver has no idea who I was, so they had to open them all.
Finally, I got an email from Paypal with a full refund. I never got an email from NE Autographs offering an explanation. But, after a week of emails, they gave in.
So, to any of you who got taken, try this approach, it worked for me and you have nothing to lose. Good luck.
